Douglas is known for preaching with love, passion, and conviction, as well as for his simple, clear yet powerful gospel messages. He has witnessed hundreds of people come to the Lord, as God confirms His word with power through healings, miracles, signs, and wonders. The Lord frequently uses Doug to revive people in God's presence, as he is sensitive to the movement and working of the Holy Spirit.
Douglas was born and raised in Northern New Jersey. As a young man, he considered himself agnostic, unsure if God was real or if Jesus was alive. However, after years of living a reckless party lifestyle in the New York/New Jersey Metro area and almost dying from an overdose, he realized that the Lord was trying to get his attention. A month after his near-death experience, his mother invited him to his first Christian event. Suddenly, the Risen Lord Jesus appeared to him during the worship time! He saw the Lord Jesus with his own eyes over the multitude of worshippers, and he realized he could no longer deny that God was real and that Jesus was alive! From the first day of his encounter and salvation, God called Douglas to bring the message of living hope, the saving, healing, and delivering power of the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ to the world. Douglas was completely transformed by this encounter with the Lord Jesus. God filled him with the powerful, glorious Holy Spirit that same day and called him to be a witness to the nations, declaring that Jesus Christ truly is alive! Douglas received his bachelor’s degree in business and marketing at Montclair State University in NJ, and his master’s in Ministry at Christian International in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. Later, he continued and completed a four-year theology and preaching diploma at the International House of Prayer in Kansas City, Missouri. Douglas and his wife Brittany later married and both received their ministry ordination and full-time missionary status with the Assemblies of God.
They served as youth pastors in the city of Harrisburg, PA. They began their evangelistic ministry when the Lord spoke to him in two dreams in one week, confirming that it was time for them to start traveling and to “bring the message of living hope to the world.” They have ministered in India and served in Africa for a time with their spiritual father, Evangelist Christopher Alam, and his crusade team in Africa, Dynumis Ministries. Pastor Christopher Alam is an international speaker and crusade evangelist. While in Africa, the Lord called them to go to Argentina. In 2014, Douglas and Brittany became official missionaries in Argentina. They have been serving there, conducting local and city-wide crusade evangelism with new church planters and established churches, and training discipleship and worship leaders in preparation for the incoming harvest.
